1. Return and Exchange Window

You may initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be honoured.

 

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact.
  • You must present a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The item must not be a final sale item, non-returnable or custom-made item.

3. Sale Items

Items purchased on sale are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
However, an exchange may be permitted for size onlysame product, different size—provided all other eligibility conditions are met.

 

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange process, please contact our Customer Support team with the below information:

⚠️ Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

5. Refunds

·         Refunds are only processed if requested within 14 days of the original purchase date

·         Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to the bank account you provide within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless due to a fault on our end.

 

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 - 48 hours upon receipt.

We will assess the issue promptly and either arrange for a replacement or process a return and refund—at no additional cost to you.

 

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size (if applicable).

If the item you want in exchange is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.

If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size), please follow the standard return process. Once approved, you may place a new order for the preferred item.

 

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

·         Personalized or custom-made items

·         Gift cards or downloadable products (if applicable)

·         Items returned without original packaging or that show signs of wear
